Rotary Joints

For Hot water up to 50℃-180℃ and these applications can be found, for example, in paper, non-woven , textile, dyeing and rubber. High temperature water rotary joint adopts high temperature sealing, stainless steel and imported graphite as the main sealing body, and their main use of medium is water, and stainless steel and graphite temperature resistance can resist 100℃ hot water invasion.

For the steam up to 200℃-355℃ , for example Q series , the overall structure changes, and the plane section seal is changed to the sphere seal.  Antimony immersion ring double rod external support structure, can withstand high pressure and high speed .

For the thermal oil up to 220℃-350℃, We recommend the use of BQ high temperature hot oil rotary joint, external cooling system, higher temperature resistance, high temperature bearing with circulating oil lubrication, outer tube heat insulation design to reduce the temperature of the bearing, good versatility, easy to exchange, long life, high reliability.  So when you need to use a high temperature rotary joint, be sure to choose the right one for the condition.
